Alex Norton

I am really lucky to be surrounded by so many talented friends, one being one of my oldest and dearest friends Alex.

Alex not only develops games, but succeeds in basically everything he attempts. He specialises in traditional blacksmithing and dabbles a bit in carpentry which you can check out at Valhalla Ironworks

Send him a message and see if he is able/willing to make your handcrafted dreams come true!

Jenna & Kane’s Wedding

Awhile back, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Jenna and Kane’s wedding.

They decided to be completely unique and hold their special day at Aussie World!

It was such a beautiful day, and Jenna and Kane were beyond amazing, that clearly reflects with all their wonderful friends and family.

Thank you for letting me be a part of your day guys, I love you forever!

Urbexing Adventures.

A small post about how I miss going on photo adventures with my friend Mitch. One day soon I’ll go to Melbourne to explore with him in his newish city and cause photo chaos again!

I believe it’s important to reset, and take time out to take photos for myself at times. Just to shoot, whether good or bad just for fun.

Natascha & Ty’s Sioux Binding Ceremony

So here’s part two!

So, along with eloping down at Belongil Beach in Byron Bay, Tash and Ty decided to have a Sioux binding ceremony and include their family and friends in the celebration of their love. Ty’s mother is an Elder of the Oglala Tribe, which is part of the Sioux Nation, she also performed the ceremony, which was amazing and beautiful to watch and be a part of.

Here’s where it gets cooler.. Tash is Chilean, and the wedding had a Mexican twist! What a party!!

I love you Tash and Ty, thank you so much for letting me be a part of both of your big, beautiful and unique days!

AFI

I was chosen to photograph AFI when they played in Brisbane last year. Super stoked as it was a day before my birthday and I got to meet the guys too!

If you have known me for a while, you would know that I used to photograph bands under the name “Total Immortal Photography” which is taken from an AFI song title, so getting to photograph the guys for a second time in my life was amazing!

Natascha & Ty’s Elopement

When you get asked to photograph an elopement and are trusted to keep a giant secret, it’s a BIG deal and such an honour.

Tash and Ty decided to tie the knot down at Belongil Beach, Byron Bay NSW late in December last year with just two of their close friends, and in a style true to both of them. Imagine a surfer/skater wedding, red Chuck Taylor’s, skate decks, the smell of the beach and walking down the sandy isle to “Spray Paint Love” by Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes. Absolute perfection.

I was extremely excited to work with Paul Voge on Celebrant duties, and the amazing Alisha Hennessy who did Tash’s hair and make up.

Here are some photos of the day, stay tuned for a part 2!
